I was ordered UnV mushroom led night lamp on 28th June,2022 from Dhani Online shopping App. I was received my parcel on 4th July,2022 by evening which was wrong product i received from dhani. I was trying to connected to dhani help centre but their time was shut. Next day on 5th July,2022 i had chat with help centre of dhani but the product was in non returnable category so agent told me to put mail on store@dhani.com with all details. I had sent mail with all pictures to store@dhani.com as well as support@dhani.com. i got reply that they will revert shortly this was auto generated mail. I was waited and I called customer number 01246555555 told all the thing which was happened. I asked about the correct product or refund but agent was saying you have to wait for 48hrs i was asking confirmation mail or text msg about my request but they didn’t provide. Suddenly 2 days back i received mail that showing business days are over and product was non returnable so we can’t do anything. But it was not my fault. I am taking follow ups From 5th July,2022 to till date 21st July,2022 but no proper response from dhani app. This is fraud happened with me. Kindly look into this matter and help me out with correct product or refund.
