Wrong product delivered by Amazon but Amazon is saying correct product delivered

Dear All concern,

407-1304601-6101132, sigma digital infrared thermometer

Greetings. It’s a shameful situation, very unprofessional and unfortunate that a company like AMAZON has considered this product delivery is a correct order delivery even though pictures and details of the wrong product with invoices are given.
Being a loyal customer of the company (please go through my previous records about products order and delivery) immediately ask for an enquiry on the same, please communicate the local delivery and transport company and advise them to do the due diligence and find out the actual cause of such incident and whatever possible procedure you have please initiate that, as this is not been a matter of my product or 2099/- amount but this is a matter of concern for the image of Amazon and there should be a thorough enquiry as it is a loopholes in the system it may be a loopholes of logistics, QA, QC as well as Customer feedback and CRM.
Therefore, I again urge the esteemed company to please initiate the tracking process and do an independent review to stop such unethical practice initiated. Consider this as a request from a valued and a loyal customer.
Moreover, Please see the attachment of the product with high resolution for easy understanding as the letters in invoice are very small.
Moreover, this is a society with 304 flats and also mentioned in my earlier mail that, as being the assist secy of the society, after discussion with Secy amnd other EC memebrs, I ahve ordered this digital thermometer for the screening of the entrants in the society as a preventive procedure against COVID 19.
Therefore, this instrument is very essential in terms of COVID 19 screening. Therefore, I request for an immediate replacement of the product.
This above mail was sent to Amazon in their response against first mail and now I request the consumer court to give a justice against such issue.
