Text of Complaint by Shilpa:

  • I had ordered an iPhone 128gb black color on 16th Oct by making prepaid payment. But I have received iPhone 11 64gb yellow color. I want a replacement for the wrong product delivered. Amazon customer support is not reacting on the issue. I kindly request you to do the needful.
