Hi,
i had ordered Samsung T7 touch SSD 1tb on 13/Dec./2021. of 14703 rupees and paid online using my debit card.
and i got my product delivered on 16th December,
Sir, when i opened that package i got shocked that the real Samsung T7 ssd was missing and they have sent me a hard disk case So, i called the customer care and informed the same. I was also informed that I have recorded the unboxing video and asked how I would share that, he replied that they just need a picture of the product. and shared with me a link, I have provided the same. Then he assured me that the amazon team will help me in the next 48 hours.
After 48 hours I am getting an email that my account has been closed without any proper justification. and they also mentioned that before then they already closed my one account. but they haven’t provided any information regarding the same. as per my knowledge this the only one account which i had. and amazon is not the only option for ecommerce,
sir i am also a business person and you could checkout my GST number. but 14700 rupees is not a less amount and why amazon has closed my account i need proper justification other wise i am going to file case against amazon in Consumer court. and will tag Jeff Bezos on twitter and every social media handle.
