Its very frustrating for me and to any customer who are facing such a unprofessional behavior from snapdeal. Its around 1 month since I ordered product and requesting them to arrange pickup of the product as I received wrong product also in very bad condition. I got the message that the courier boy will arrive for product pickup and I called Vikas Lahore (pickup boy) in his no. 9873451628 and he denied to come over the call as the product is of adidas instead of Wild stone.
I have ordered 4 deo’s of wildstone but I got the deo’s of addidas instead of wildstone in very bad condiion.
I requested for replacement by seeing the product as the product was in very bad condition.
I requested for replacement by mentioning reason that product was in very poor condition and after few days courier boy came to my house and haven’t picked up the parcel saying that the product was not as same as mentioned in the order. Thus he was unable to accept that. He said me to raise again the concern with describing the order was not the same of what I received, so that snapdeal executive can arrange the pickup for that order.
Accordingly, today I cancelled the replacement request so that I can raise it again by mentioning the reason that product received was not the same product I have ordered. But now I am unable to raise the return request.
Please resolve this issue at the earliest so that I can order further products from snapdeal.
