Text of Complaint by Seetha Mahaniya Balu:

This is regarding the Order No. 2628634378186112_1 for Chikankari White suit offered via Meesho on 26th May, 2024. Instead of a 3 piece suit, a completely different red-green bandhini dupatta was delivered on 1st June, 2024. On placing the return request on the same day as delivery, the delivery person came to collect on 2nd June, 2024 and has marked the product “QC failed”. This is absolutely ridiculous as an completely different product delivered cannot have a QC status at all in the first place. On raising customer complaints twice to executives Goutham and Mohammad Ibrahim respectively on 2nd June, 2024, an extremely horrible service was rendered. Both the executives did not understand that the product delivered itself was a wrong product from the one placed and kept mentioning that QC has been failed. They refused to transfer or escalate to the senior and when forced, Goutham placed us on hold for 15 min, ended the call abruptly after saying senior will only be available after 2 hours. Ibrahim was worse and initially blatantly refused to transfer to senior. When we started recording the call, he said he will transfer and put us in touch with another executive who started speaking in Malayalam and ended the call abruptly again. Both executives are telling that their records show that correct product has been delivered but refuse to share the proof that they claim.
Please look into this issue immediately.
