I ordered Minimalist 0.3% Retinol serum from Amazon and paid Rs.569. The product that got delivered to me is Minimalist SPF 50 Sunscreen of Rs. 399. When I asked customer care of Amazon to address this, they said it’s non returnable and offered to give me the balance amount. As a customer I did not wish to spend Rs. 399 on an item I didn’t need, but they were pushing me to take the refund of balance amount
