I ordered a 5 phone covers 1 for the Oppo F21 and 4 for the Iphone 13 from phonescape.shop on 16th June 2023. I received my order on 21st June 2023 and opening the order it was ordinary plastic cover which was not in the order list. Please refer below file attached for the order list and product delivered. There website shows that there is refund policy within 7 days, however there is no way to actually start the refund process. My order ID is #50688 and did not receive any message that the order has been delivered or not.

Had ordered for iPhone 15 pro 13 and 12 but got ordinary plastic cover which was not on the list had called them about the refund they said they will call back but the call never came such fraud people
