They sent me wrong product and now the are not refunding my money I have a loss of RS 1800

2 productes is also differnt products
Totally wrong..
Am also Victim of it, jut now i got delivered irrelevant product which is totally damaged received from a blue dart -Apex service.
2k19offers which is totally a fraud one, i have no hope they will refund my money.
I tried to make a call to Blue dart and explained this, they are saying we are help less
I there any other way to stop this kind of fraud, how can we track back this please help.
