I ordered a jacket worth RSs. 1800/ and I got an old hoodie. When I called for refund, they placed the refund request and then consistently the delivery pickup guy is rejecting my pickup since 4 days without even giving me any call. When complained to customer support, they are giving fake promises that the product will be picked up today before 7 pm. No one contacted me again and when called back, they said the return request has been cancelled again and she will put a new request like the previous 4 agents.
