Hi sir.
I have ordered a perfume on march 30 and delivery was done on April 7 th and the product was different..so I request for replacement and request initiated message also got but after some days I got an notification in Flipkart app that confirm with customer that issue resolved and product got replaced…I have not received any call regarding that but with out my confirmation they have closed the issue as resolved.
And then I have raised complaints once again that my issue is not resolved.And now today one lady call me and says sorry issue cannot be resolved.Because I have raised complaints after the policy period is over.
They have made me wait till now and now they says sorry.
Please help me to resolve the issue.
