I ordered one plus 11r with specification of 256gb memory and 16gb ram but product delivered was 128gb memory with 8gb ram. It’s open box delivery at home address and no body in my home knows how to check this specification.
I raised a request with Flipkart customer care for replacement of correct product.
They said they will take a request and will arrange a callback regarding this.
I received a call 2 times and not the time call ringing time not more than 2 sec. These guys are giving missed call and closing this case as unable to reach my number.
This is completely not acceptable also not interested to speak and resolve the case.
It is clearly shows Flipkart and seller doing fradulent activity against the customer money.
Requesting to take the action against the person who’s closing my case without speaking with me.
Also need a replacement with the product which I ordered.
