I hv ordered 5 litre water geyser from Amazon, bt got a small box of plastic instead of geyser. I complaint but no response, denying their mistake. I shared full unpacking video and delivery person statements, but of no use.
And second incident after 6 months. I ordered CCTV kit. In that I didn’t got hard disk as mentioned. I informed custt support. But refused my complaint. And in return blocked my a/c n money in Amazon wallet. My all ordered were cancelled and my prime membership amount wortg 1499 was also not refunded. It’s such a torture from Amazon. I requested on several occasions but refused to accept anything. Pls help
