Text of Complaint by Manmohan Nigam:

Dear Respected Sir,

I would you like to inform you I am your 1 Genuine Customers Manmohan Nigam

But Recently I feel Cheated
I have Purchase Redmi 9 active Mobile Phone
(OD125252085547208000) of ₹11199 on Cash on delivery

Which is Delivered on 23 JUNE 2022
But Unfortunately Delivered Product Is Different

Its not Mobile phone
I have Received Smart watch Instead of Mobile Phone

When I tried to Contact Customer Support team
Call is not Connected

Again I tried to Create Return Request by Self
But I can’t Open my Flipkart Account
I seen Account is Blocked Due to high Numbers of Returns

Also I have Raised my Complain to Customer Support team
I was asked to wait 72 hours for the update to your Behalf

However When I was faced any Issue after then I Raised any Complain or Return Request
And it’s under the Customers Return Policy’s
This is Not Right happened with me
I have lost my Faith to Flipkart Service

Please I Request you Help me and kindly Reopen my Account and help to Replace this Item from Flipkart as Soon as Possible .
