I have ordered for 12 pairs of socks (VK collection Men angle length socks ) from flipkart account as per order ID . OD224015607339322000 on 27/1/22 for Rs. 161/- but I have received only 6 pairs of socks. I have contacted Flipkart customer service centre over phone and as per the direction given by them I have opted for the replacement of the product and my product has been replaced on 10/2/2022. When I opened the parcel, instead of 12 pairs of socks there was 3 pairs of FOOT COVER (not socks). I have again contacted Flipkart customer care and they have directed me to return the product and I have requested for return on 11/2/2022 but unfortunately my return request has been rejected and my account has been blocked. I have also lost the money in my flipkart wallet which contains an amount more than Rs.106/- . I have also lost all the bonus points received for my purchase and my my “Flipkart Plus” membership. I have contacted Flipkart customer care many times, they informed that they have nothing to do with the issue other then sending the message to their higher team . I have sent an email message to Flipkart on 18/2/2022 to their mail id [email protected] but no favourable response has been received.

Previously I have ordered for 11 packs of ( 3x100gm + 100gm free)  of Himalayas Gentle baby soaps but i have received only ( 3x75gm + 75gm free) .

I have opted for replacement but I again received the same product (75gm). I have contacted Flipkart customer care and they told me to return the product. I have opted for return but all of my return request except one was rejected. The amount of one pack was credited to my flipkart wallet as refund. Considering the necessity of the product and I had no time to waste at that time, I was forced to accept the remaining 75gm soaps for the price of 100gms.

It’s a bit painful to me to get blocked for the mistakes on the part of sellers. M/s Flipkart is blocking customers without verifying whether a customer is returning the product unnecessarily or for genuine reason. I have not returned any product without a genuine reason, but my account is blocked and all the amount in the flipkart wallet has been taken away. Also now I am having a wrong product with me and flipkart is not responding in a positive manner. No invoice has been received with my order ID . OD224015607339322000 on 27/1/22 for Rs. 161/- being the cost of 12 pairs of socks. As my flipkart account is blocked I am unable to check whether I can download it from my account.
