Trying to reach on given number in parcel for return, but the service is very poor customer service team not answering the call and they disconnect and switch off the phone, I want to return the product and don’t want the refund I can exchange to some other product, but no is answering the call neither reverting back with my query, suggest before buying from this link pls have look on review and then buy a product, I feel it’s fake link
