I ordered Lenovo IdeaPad 3 11 th generation laptop with prepaid Rs. 34490 on 28 th September. But on 29 September they sent me Crompton water heater after that i talked on customer care of Amazon and every time they create a return and only first time pickup agent came and refused to take the product and advice me to replace it and after that 5-6 time is generated buy customer care support and agent did not came or call me not a single time and and cancelled pickup from his side with the reason that return refused by customer agent didn’t even call me or came for pickup.I am totally freak out from this time of service even my 34490 rs also stucked.their customer service became totally useless.They only talk sweetly but not able resolve their customers problems.
