Text of Complaint by Vijay Kumar Reddy:

I ordered OnePlus 10R 5G Prime Edition (Prime Blue, 8GB RAM, 128GB Storage, 80W SuperVOOC) on 1st October. But they delivered OnePlus 10R 5G (Forest Green, 8GB RAM, 128GB Storage, 80W SuperVOOC) on Octtober 3rd.
I am asking to replacement of mobiles but they are saying replacement is not possible and refund is possible.
But i don;’t want any type of refund because i want replacement.
