Text of Complaint by Divya narang:

I have ordered a Jacket from flipkart but in return i have received a third class quality plazzo and when i requested for exchange they blocked my account. And it’s been around 10 days that they are unable to do anything. I am complaining from last 10 days and all they say is that give us 24 hours. And even they sent me an email stating that your account is blocked because if High number of returns but when i had a conversation with one of their executives they said that this is the first time you have requested for a return/exchange. I am enclosing the product which I ordered and which I received in return
