I had ordered One+ Nord CE2 Lite 5G mobile on 04-08-2022 using by SBI Credit Card. The delivery was given on 05-08-2022 as per the schedule but when I opened the box, it contained rotten onions and a soap bar. The customer service was informed of the same immediately and the photos where shared on my account. I informed by a return mail that 5 working days will be required to resovle the issue. When called up 11.08.2022 to get the feedback, I was told the investigation report is negative and I will not be getting my product or the refund. Hence, this complaint. The details of the distributor is also available in the attached order details.
I have paid the amount using SBI Credit Card EMI option. I have been duped by the channel partners. Now that I have been told that neither the product nor the refund and put me in great distress. For no reason I will be loosing the my hard earn money.
