Wrong item redelivered!
Order- Titan smart pro watch ( Rs.10,995)
Received in the place of my order : Round Spiral Printed Katori ( White Single) Rs.425

I was ordered a titan smart pro watch from Amazon and seller was Shopper stop whose details are as follows:

I have got that delivery on 18th but when I was opened the box i was shocked because a bowl was came out with level of shoppers stops (picture attached) which was ordered by someone else’s name, details below:

When I was download the invoice of my orders titan watch I found there is same invoice number in both items , how is it possible, there is serious case of negligence, I was immediate complained to Amazon customer care, then they registered my case and forwarded it for further investigation and I was instructed that “my problem will be solved in 5 days, on 20th April I try to take updates on my complain with customer care they told me that Amazon has delivered the right item to you so neither item will be replaced nor refund your money .But Amazon did not try to listen my concerns, I asked him how did he do the investigation, why didn’t he involve me in the investigation, how did you guys do the investigation without taking my points, but the answer from seniors leader customers care was that this is the update in the computer, Amazon can’t help you in this regards Now the question still the same where is my stuff, I have nothing in my hand, I loss my 10995 Rupees , also I don’t have any conclusive evidence to know about such fraud type of investigation done .
