I bought a new phone Samsung F12 from Flipkart (OD224391024974784000)but it has multiplte issues. First fingerprint sensor is not working 2nd mobile is over heating 3rd very slow charging
I Called/request a complain Flipkart many times to process replacement but they are denying to replace every time. Flipkart is sending technician to see my mobile but he is denying to check my phone directly he is saying I have access only for visit I can not do anything and he is rejecting my replacement and close the complain so what is the benefit of complain if Flipkart side without confirmation from customer they are closing complain…
how is he closed complain if customer is unsatisfied but Flipkart is closing complain.
