Hello Sir,
I was order a Lumbar scral spinal support belt for my father on date-23.02.2022 after watch a facbook add .but this shipment i recivead wrong product , i have paid 1200Rs against this shipment .when i contact trendentic creations customer care no. after some time trendentic creation company staff call me and asking product problem. and said me if you have phone pe ,googel pay and mi app i am reply yes then send verification code, otp and forward a trvi message in this mobile number -9223474424 but i feel somthing wrong .dont saher any ifromation.
i requst to you please help and refund my mony -1200Rs .
