I ORDERED THE PRODUCT ON 20 OCTOBER 2021. AND I RECEIVED IT ON THE DATE 26 OCTOBER WHICH WAS QUITE THE WRONG PRODUCT. AND MESSAGE THE CONCERNED ACCOUNT I.E. clickable_collection_001 and they are seeing any message and even not replying any calls and my money still pending with them.
please help me with that asap.
