I have order a JBL set earphones on 22/06/21 ORDER #38063 of cost Rs 1699 and they have sent product of headphones with low cost on 29/06/21 and they have given unworkable product. I have sent mails to them but hey don’t respond to the any phone calls and to emails. and they have returning options in the website it all knowing they have no contact in the website.
They have returning policy in the website, it all knowing they have no option in the website.

I request you to take early and serious action against such website so no other person should affect.
