I have ordered a Bluetooth headphone combo which consist of JBL and Sony company. But when I open the parcel it contains Realme BT R3 headphone. It is completely wrong product and also totally damage product.
In the parcel They have written this address
KARTIK ENTERPRISES , KTA19FF
And the phone no. Given is also out of service.
Please help with this address to return my product and refund the amount in Bank to bank transaction.
