order headphones of Sony on 14 th Feb 2019 and product delivered to me on 19th Feb 2019 it was damage and different company headphone received to me (JBL).plz let us know how I can replaced it or how I can get refund of Rs 1600.
the product was delivered to me by Shadowfex when the product was opened there was no Bill or warrenty card also.
Requesting plz get back as soon as possible
