Text of Complaint by Garima Tyagi:

I ordered a saree within Order #334353696 for my customer on 15 May through Meesho app from vendor Paheli Ethnics and it was showing in the app that they are delaying it due to covid situation but it delivered on time . After opening the package it was completely a different prodict which I ordered for my customer and when i wanted to return, it showed in the application that product has returned to the supplier although the wrong product has been delivered to my customer and no option of retrn ,exchange,refund is there. I have tried to connect with the customer care of Meesho multiple times but every time I am not receiving proper response even I also tried to resolve query through Meesho support email but not receiving any response. Please help me to return the product and intatite the refund.
