Text of Complaint by NAINA JOIYA:

I have ordered a  product on Meesho on 25 th of March 2021, a fancy gown .. After few days received the product and paid the amount of 1000/- by cash. After opening the package I found out that I received a completely wrong product. They delivered me used saree against my order I raised a complaint on 30th March, 2021 for a refund. But its almost been a month and I haven’t received the refund yet. I have been calling to the customer care every 2 days but I get the same answer everytime that they do not have any updates.

Very bad service by meesho, did not expect this. Give me my refund back my order no is Order #590852501
