I have ordered Sony Buds alongwith bluetooth headset on combo pack, but item delivered is sony head gear which is also of low quality and worthless, it is totally wrong and doing fraud with the customer. I want return the product and may have refunded the amount Rs1599/- for order No os4812
Pl do the needful for rectification.
