Dear Sir/Ma’am,
With reference to the order dated 20th March 2021 on Bookmytab.com with order id as BO33750538. I, Mr. Amol Chavan had ordered a tablet from the website bookmytab.com with the model name as WIZPAD Z1 PRO with specifications of 10.1 Inch, 6 GB RAM 64 GB ROM, Wi-Fi + 4G LTE + Voice Calling.
The said product was ordered for Rs. 3,999/-, which was delivered to my address on 24th March 2021. The product which was delivered was incorrect and of other specifications and of other brand. Kindly make a note of my grievance and provide assistance to get it resolved. Hope to hear from you soon.
