I ordered a Sony headphone and Bluetooth earphones combo worth Rs 1699 bhut I was delivered some cheap ass product that’s not even working. My mails haven’t been replied to and their contact number is switched off. I have no way to contact the company further they are not letting me sign in to my account for me to return it.
