I have ordered which is in offer i.e. , 799/- for two tops. But I have received wrong top which is not my ordered top and different. Kindly do to the needful

I have ordered a salwar kameez material from phen-nava.com by seeing their advertisements on Instagram through an online mode.
On August 9,2020 I received my parcel and what I saw…it was an another material from the material which I requested for.
It was only a kurta having rough and cheap quality and in different colour and size.
I got shocked and mailed them as they mentioned the mail Id on parcel,but there was no response from their side.
So I google searched about this company and I found that this company has cheated on many people across india.
So I want a refund of 1000 rupees as this mentally harrassed me also.
I want you to take a legal action against this company.
