Respected Madam / Sir,
i have ordered for a ” Krypton K5 Notch Smart Phone 8GB RAM 128GB ROM” in the site “https://ezeephones.com” on 16/06/2020 00:10 am and paid the money online with “UPI Reference no: 016859466094” an Amount of Rs. 4499.28/- on 12:16 am 16 Jun 2020 to “E Commerce’s Bank A/c linked to UPI: paytm-40187239@paytm (i think using BHIM UPI).
Today i received a Wrong Dead Product (Toy Phone) from “Mayapuri Industrial area Delhi” through DTPC courier.
Kindly Use this data provided above in the first para to reimburse the Amount at the earliest.
