Text of Complaint by Shreya Dutta:

I’m really disappointed with the service. I received a completely different product, but Meesho claims I’ve got what I ordered. Despite providing evidence, they’re not accepting my complaint. The quality check failed, and the delivery boy didn’t pick up the return. I’m still waiting for a refund or the correct product. Can someone please help me resolve this issue?
