Dear Consumer Court,
I am writing to report a case of fraudulent delivery and non-responsiveness by a brand named Kameez Kulture Surat. I placed a Cash on Delivery (COD) order worth Rs. 2017 for kurtas. However, instead of the kurtas, I received two oversized T-shirts, which were not at all what I ordered.
I have attempted to contact the brand multiple times via their Instagram account and email, but they have failed to respond. This lack of communication and accountability is highly disappointing and has caused me financial loss.
I kindly request your intervention to help me either get a refund for my purchase or receive the correct products I ordered.
