Dear team,
I feel regret write to you, I have ordered a gown from amazon but your vendor send me wrong product. When I am escalate this matter and ask for return or exchange after 5 days they denied. Amazon create return for every product . But in this case no pick up boy came to pick the parcel . When I ask amazon then i received the response they don’t pick the courier from sector 34 chandigarh ,this area not cover by amazon , if it is not cover then why they deliver the product in this area.

I am paying 2077 rs against this product  order no. 407-3435149-1589946.

After 5days of my complain they denied to accept return or exchange. Now This type of fraud done by amazon. After paying 2000 I receive a kurta which cost near 300. This is very shameful for amazon  .

I request to you , if this kind of thing happens by amazon . Nobody trust on you. I request kindly look this matter.

I am doing shopping through amazon last 4 years . But this kind of behaviour I am not seen  in past . This is very bad experience for me. I suggest to all  don’t shop through amazon becouse they also doing fraud
