Based on product shown in their advertisement, I ordered Windproof Cap & Scarf of light colour on 30th January 2024. Order was delivered on 02nd February 2024 and I paid Rs. 800. When I opened the packet today, I found a totally different product of dark brown colour (attachment-2),
I lodge complaint on their website today also sent email on ID given on their website to replace it with the light colour Windproof Cap & Scarf as shown in Attachment-1 else refund the money by collecting the delivered product back. The email was not delivered as ID was wrong.
