I had ordered a shoe rack that was a box type and I have received a totally different product that is of very inferior quality and damaged. Product came through ekart delivery and they are saying they can’t do anything as it was not there product and they were just the delivery partners.
I would request for a refund and also to stop cheating people with sending fake stuff that they haven’t ordered
