I ordered a shoe rack from shifto but i got the wrong product delivered.It was shown a large sized 8 compartment shoerack in the picture but i got a 3 compartment smaller shoerack of low quality plastic.
I have also made a complaint at ekart office and i want to file a complaint here as well so that the strict action will be taken on them and no one can be cheated like this. Also i want my refund back and i also claim a compensation for mental harassment.such type of activities should be stopped.
Below i have mentioned the details of my order
Ekart Update : Imported Shoe Rack High Qu… with tracking ID STLC8000197193 from SHIFTO 1 kG, will be delivered today before 9pm (call 02241483792, PIN 186).
