I ordered a Imported shoe rack (6 layers) on Ekart Shifto on 17th Dec and was delivered the packet on 20-dec. On opening the packet I found that it was entirely different shoes rack I had ordered and thus placed a return request . But my product is not being taken back as the product picture is not matching.
Also there haven’t no return request found and no website found. This is scam and most of the people are trapped in that scam.
