Dear sir
I have ordered at Flipkart foot mats for my car. It’s price was 1214 Rs. I paid the payment in advance. On 20 November 2023 i got the sealed parcel. I saw the parcel size was 9 inch x 6 inch. I told to delivery boy my order is not so small . He said it is yours order because your name and address is mentioned on it. I opened the parcel in front of delivery boy and found that there was mens socks. I asked that I haven’t ordered this socks pls return it . He said first you give me the OTP on your phone. I showed the OTP to delivery boy he noted it and went away from there in hurry. I shouted him to come back but he didn’t stop there.
Sir I have complaint two times in Flipkart customer care about this and asked for return the parcel but seller refused for refund.
Sir seller has cheated me. Pls resolve my issue and refund my money. My order I’d is OD429644039279037100.
