I had ordered a set of 2 cargo pants for women, from Brand Fusion. Received the wrong product, a men’s shirt instead. They only accepted payment in cash on delivery format, so I paid 898 rs via Paytm and asked the delivery person what I should do if I want a refund. He asked me to return on website only, but there seems to be no such option. The contact number given by them is also unavailable. I want to return this item and get my money back.
