I have ordered yattacto online for Messager bottle on COD order#3216906 dt 12.09.23 delivered by Xpressbees vide AWB 1449009038852 but delivered wat removing cream instead. Paid Rs999 (1000) to delivery boy. Complained on companies web number 6294689182 three to four times. The person on phone said to down load an app i.e avval desk and file complaint thier by intouch on above number you will be guided. Ok down loade said app but application could not be open for whole day perhaps secuirty system don’t know again called on Sunday the person on phone said that you talk tomorrow due to Sunday office is closed. While today i call up the call was forwarded to another phone and person on phone asked me to open the app
When I told him that app is not opening give me other alternative he disconnected the call.It seems to be fraud. Pls help to refund money and to pick up back wrong product.
