Hello, I ordered a flipkart smart buy 7 stepp ladder and received a 5 step ladder from your seller. Aug10. On aug 12th that Is when we looked at the packet and opened we saw it was a five step ladder and immediately contacted the customer service r with photo. The replacement has been rejected because the seler is a lying thieving bastard and you have become unscrupulous. I need this piicked up and the right product Iordered (7 step) delivered to me. I am going to the consumer courts and post in every media possible with pictures. Shame on you, when you keep dishonest bastards as vendors.
If you can solve this , please do otherwise let the Indian consumer court do i. . I have plenty of l]time, you can see how many times I called your customer care
