I have order Balmain Unicorn low-top trainers in neoprene and leather
Shoes with express shipping 16 th July from their Instagram page link and paid 1200/- as an advance
After 10 days I received product and paid 2799/- as balance amount to the delivery boy
As I opened the package it’s come out with cheap flea market product of around 150/- rs and of different type from the image I ordered and product I ordered
Then from that day I regularly trying to contact them but there is no answer and no response is given on mail also
I mailed them messaged them but no reply or refund initiated to me
Please help me.
