I have ordered a mobile classic 3310 and they delivered QTEL mobile.

I have communicated through email but no response and they dont have any contact no.

I have been requesting them through mail to exchange the product or return but no response.

Please look into it and they are still posing the same fake ad on their website.

Please do some thing about it.
