Text of Complaint by Huma Naz:

I am very disappointed with Ajio. I ordered ” The Indian Garage Co cotton slim fit shirt with patch pocket” in brown color. Its Order ID is FN5931408705. As per my order I purchased Brown color shirt and the color shown in the app is also brown but the picture is slightly different from the product I received.
I tried to return multiple times and it got rejected in the Quality check. The Return ID is #RT118105649.
During all these I contacted Customer Care 4 to 5 times and was misguided by them. Even their team leader or supervisor also misguide and raised wrong return requests. Multiple Return Requests have been generated by them and got rejected and rejected again and again. This is now becoming a headache for me. I don’t understand what kind of people are handling customer’s query.
One more thing I want to mention here, in front of me delivery boy rejected the product in quality check by the process he was following and after that I got wrong message from Ajio that Return Pick up attempt was unsuccessful due to unavailability of me. What is the need of this kind of wrong communication and wrong messages.
For your reference I am attaching the picture of product. Also I want to mention that the shopping with Ajio is very disappointed and now it is full of rubbish. kindly solve my issue
