I raised the return request as soon as the product was delivered to me. Nothing from the product was same as shown in the picture. Executives disconnected call saying that the product return request was cancelled and now it can not be resolved.
I ordered a jeans of ₹746 in beige colour from meesho and I have received black colour Jean’s of smaller size . Now want to return it but the delivery boy didn’t want to receive it an told me that company didn’t accept the request. The customer care also don’t give any positive response they also said that it can’t be returned because it’s not the wrong product. Now what can I do for it .I want my money back. It’s terrible feeling to order in meesho I had such a bad experience . kindly help me
