I raised the return request as soon as the product was delivered to me. Nothing from the product was same as shown in the picture. Executives disconnected call saying that the product return request was cancelled and now it can not be resolved.
First I sent the product for exchange since the cloth and embroidery mentioned in the description doesn’t match at all. when I got the exchanged product it was exactly same as the previous one.
Meesho in the description mentioned cotton and the delivered product is no where close to cotton. The embroidery design differs from the product shown. Executives on call cut the calls saying that the only wrong product will be returned, I really want to know how this product is not wrong? How does it qualifies the quality check? How does a reputed company allows the vendor to claim the fake descriptions where they do not deliver what they promised.
